2. Service Handover

Once the initial payment is processed, ZX Solutions LLC will transfer your information and subscription details to Select Home Warranty, Inc.

  • ZX Solutions LLC is not responsible for refunds related to ongoing services provided by Select Home Warranty, Inc.
  • For any refund requests after the handover, please contact Select Home Warranty, Inc directly.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds from ZX Solutions LLC are only considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made due to a technical error.
  • Errors in billing caused by ZX Solutions LLC.
